1. What this site is
Everything published here is for information. It is analysis and journalism, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as a recommendation to make a particular business decision.
2. Accuracy
We source every figure and re-check it before publishing — the methodology page sets out exactly how. We still get things wrong sometimes. When you tell us, we correct the article publicly and mark it as updated. We do not warrant that everything on the site is free of error.
3. Our content
The text, analysis, generated images and interactive tools on this site belong to [FULL LEGAL NAME]. You are welcome to quote a short extract with a link back. You may not republish whole articles, or scrape the site to train or populate another product, without written permission.
Company names and trademarks belong to their owners. Coverage of a company implies no affiliation with it, and no endorsement in either direction.
4. Interactive tools
The Lab tools return ranges derived from the cases we have published. They are an aid to thinking, not a forecast. A confidence label of “low” or “not enough data” means what it says. Do not commit a budget on the strength of an output from this site alone.
5. Reader votes and submissions
Sentiment votes are limited to one per article per reader and are rate-limited server side. Manipulating them, or submitting anything unlawful through our forms, ends your access to those features.
6. Paid listings
Deal listings are governed by the separate Vendor Agreement, which includes the refund terms and must be accepted before payment.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of anything published here.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes fall to the courts of [CITY], Georgia.
